aliens woke me up?

I was sleeping and then awoke all of a sudden In my body (sleep paralysis). There was a yellow triangle inside a red circle with squiggly shapes inside it in my 3rd eye?  Two very tall tan aliens in the corner of the room asked me to get up.  I asked why and they did not answer, so I said no and fell back asleep.  What should I do if it happens again? I have seen the triangle thing a few more times since then in my dreams. I can't help but think its going to happen again.

I was being serious in having  you tell    them no .  I do keep an open mind .   There was an u.f.o. oligist named Darrel ,the last name may of been Simms , but I am not sure  put a post hypnonitc sugestion in this lady that was being abducted .  It went some thing like " no I wont go with you , and Darrel knows what you are doing .  No I dont want to be probed .  desert rat

Thanks for your reply, sorry for being so snappy.  Thanks for the info, I'm going to see if I can find the story you mentioned anywhere. I hope I don't have an implant. I had lots of missing time when I was a kid.  We had a big backyard, (more like a pasture) and I would make it across without remembering walking, it happened several times.  I don't have any memories of being abducted. I did see a UFO once, several years after the missing time incidents. It disappeared and then reappeared in a different shape in a different part of the sky. It went from a v to an 11 shape. I guess I just need to do more searching.  Thanks again

I did, they asked me to get up, and I asked why, they did not answer me. That is why I said no. They did not want me to know or maybe I should not have asked and just listened.  I figure a being with good intent will let me know when I ask, a bad one might hide intent, or there is something I'm missing.

If you think you were abducted you can check with some of the people doing hypnosis regression .This forum is on astral projection .   In one of Robert Monroe's books , he did meet up with some aliens while out of body . They wanted to do some kind of experment on him so he got out of there . Monroe did find beings on other worlds .  desert rat

The only reason I brought it up here is because they wanted me to get out of my body after taking me into sleep paralysis with some very peculiar imagery being flashed at me. I was just curious as to wether anybody else could help me understand. I was hoping someone would have an answer. You have confirmed what I was already thinking about the hypnosis. I don't actually belive I have been or am being abducted, but after reading about the author you posted last night I'm not so sure now. I don't want to spend a bunch of money going to one..  I guess I'll keep digging.

I always wondered about those triangle/circle symbols. In hermetics, the triangle stands for physical form while the circle stands for ether (which can relate to the spirit). And from what I gather, a circle within a triangle indicates spirit contained by physical form, whereas a triangle within a circle is spirit outside of physical form.

I guess it makes sense. I can't naturally leave my body, but I can go into trance states, and often see a symbol of a circle within a triangle. it might have a meaning I'm not aware of, though.

Anyway, yeah, it's best not to go with someone if they don't say where they're going. General rule applies. To their credit, they didn't seem to become hostile. If it happens again, it might mean they have a base underground in your area. Just ask the same question, and if they don't answer, go back to sleep.

There were dots I remember around the shapes, and they were inside the triangle. It reminded of of paisley I remember thinking. Also they circle was glowing bright red and the triangle and "paisley" were glowing bright yellow/gold. I think the shapes were moving or the triangle was turning or both.

By my own personal experiences if you are hesitent then do not follow or listen to them.
Even though I might look at it as they showed you respect by not taking you since malevolent beings do not show any respect and they are very nasty and selfish.
