Almost OBEd..Twice!

Ok so yesterday (Thursday) i took an afternoon nap. Around 5:00 PM I went to sleep with the intention of OBEing and kept telling myself I will OBE and will not get up until I have one. I woke up at 10:00 PM, ate, and watched a little tv. I went to sleep at 11:00 and kept telling myself I will OBE. I woke up naturally (no alarms) at 4:00 in the morning. (this morning) I woke up, went to the bathroom, and wasn't really sleepy. Then I went to bed and just started thinking (random thoughts) and at around 4:30 my body went into the Mind Awake / Body Alseep state and I started to get pre-projecting signs like buzzing. I could of projected but i chickened out. I don't know how I went into a trance without even trying. It was just so easy. I was thinking and before I knew it I fell into the mind awake / body asleep state.

Then 30 minutes later I was still awake and this time I was attempting to OBE. My brain was automatically visualizing and again fell into a trance. I felt my astral body rise up but my body woke up. What do you think caused these OBEs? Do you think I can do this again tomorrow when I wake up early? That's now the 3rd time I (almost) OBE.

Yo, glad to hear you're gettin' there.

And yeah, if you almost OBE'd twice, then I'd say keep doin' what you're doin'.

You just need to continue what you're doing because it's working well for you. You're getting all the classic exit signs, but it sounds like you're getting slight anxiety at the point of separation. There's no need. Just stay calm and let it happen.


Yeah I should of.. I tried this morning.. went to sleep at midnight.. woke up at 4:00 with the alarm. But I just fell right back to sleep and woke up at 11:30 PM lol. no luck today.


Your affirmations (The stating that you are going to have an OBE) are causing your subconcious to allow OBEs to be easier. Along with energy work and meditation, affirmations can help to lay the path for easier attempts at OBEs. Affirmations are a good way to create the life that you want to live.


Its 5:05 AM right now. I woke up at 3:45 AM to try and OBE. I just ate breakfast right now, and reading about AP for a little and then later maybe at 6:00 i'll attempt to AP.
