If you go to the main Astral Dynamics Page http://www.astraldynamics.com and click on the Download link. There is a download at the bottom called the The Astral Dynamics Workbook (90 Day OBE Program By Brian Mercer). Here is a cut & paste from the site...

Go check it out....I found it very useful.

well, i have seen the 90 Day OBE Program but i have a question:
somtims there is something like-(page 204-205) or- (see notes).
were can i find all of this things???
