...how to lift out/disassociate in the deep state of muscular

relaxation?i read a great number of excellent books,but,alas

i still have a stuck in my body.during conscious sleep,i can even

manage to stay for 2-3.hours.

i started meditating and doing some parts of dynamic yoga /incl.

kundalini/ some years ago in india.
