Question: How are we percieved by the physical realm?

  I'm (sorta) new here and my mind is racing to obtain all this fascinating information but ad mists all of this,
  I've been wondering. How do people in the physical world (if they can even see us) perceive someone astral
  traveling? Like if I were to astral project in the day time and walk into my mothers room, how would she see
  me? Would I look just as I do now? Would I appear like a translucent ghost type entity? Does this
  perception vary with each person and their level of experience? I hope this isn't a dumb question

Its not a dumb question but you wouldnt appear at all. Infact even if you were in the RTZ i dont think you would appear...only an individual keen to some energies would recognize it i believe (in my opinion).
