Title: Astral Projection Help
Post by: linoge on October 03, 2005, 16:01:22
Okay, I'm new to astral projecting and I'm trying to learn how. I've been trying to project practically every night for the last two weeks, and I've been unsuccessful. But in the last few days, I've developed a headache and it doesn't go away. I was wondering if this was a side effect of my attempts to project, or if it even has anything to do with it...

Also, any other tips for helping me project are greatly appreciated...

I am also having trouble projecting.

I have done it before, but having trouble letting go.

I used to get headaches sometimes when attempting to project.  For me it seemed to be the result of trying too hard and trying to force the process.  What helped me have more success and get rid of the headaches was being more passive during AP attempts.

When I started, I got all kinds of pains. It took about 2 - 3 weeks to go away.

I think it could be new energy that opens up, and it takes a little while for your body to become accustom to it and balance it. If it gets to be too much, take a break for a few days and try again.
