Can You be Attacked

I've been reading about OBEs and I was wondering if you can get attacked in the astral realm and if you can does it affect you physically?

I was attacked once in a lucid dream so I suppose it's possible... it can't effect you physically, though... maybe if you have mental issues it could effect you psychologically. Your best bet is to not worry about that sort of thing... after your first few successful OBEs the desire for adventure will trump any and all insecurities.
