Hey guys, this morning i tried to project, using the heart beat thing, and i got mild vibrations all over my body, and then all of a sudden i got a feeling that the hairs on my legs were going up, and that it was slowly spreading up my body, and it sort of felt like i was lifting, was i actually doing it? oh and also they only got to my knees, because i had to sneeze, which i did with suck great force that i physically sat up :cry:
was i exiting?

I dont know! But such symptoms are associated with dissociation sometimes during my attempts :)
