Hi Guys
You might now me if your from the Astral Viewers Forum.
I decided to sign up for this one as well and meet new people.
Could anyone direct me to a thread explaining how to achieve an OOBE?

Hallo Pac and welcome.
You might check out the FAQ forum here first. There's a lot of info about all types of OBE related info there. If you can't find enough info there then do a search for "OBE methods" or "OBE techniques"
