Some books claim that most people can astral project in a month if you keep at it enough. Is that true? :|

Hi,
I think it's different for everyone. This forum has illustrated that over the years; where people try various methods, their success rate 'slowly' grows to better experiences and more clarity. So if a person practices regularly and takes their experiences seriously as pointing direction for further research, they can grow at their own pace.

There are no guarantees, with the exception of 'Everything changes'.

In the end, I think it comes down to a few things.....
1. How often you practice.
2. How clear your intent and focus is.
3. Whether the method is one that suits you. (the way you operate)
4. Timing (whether you really are ready for the step you want to take)

Lastly, I actually have a problem with why everyone wants to astral travel. We do it naturally every night anyway, so the mechanism is working for us whether we remember it or not. And, because it is only the astral subtle body being used for the travel, you are restricted to the astral awareness 'levels'. So while you may be having awesome experiences, steadily learning more about yourself and the 'astral environment', what you can experience and remember about your true self is limited. This doesn't mean it is a waste of time, but we need to remember that it is not the be-all and end-all of everything, it is only one step (a large one) in the growth that awaits us.

Love Always.

Anything is possible with God, but I wouldn't want to be stuck in vision for THAT long lol. Other people would worry if i'll ever snap out of it.
