Hey guys,
I was just wondering if dreaming of being stuck in the vibration stage is a good sign at all and if any of you have experienced that? I haven't been attempting to AP for a while, but every now and then I'll have a dream that reminds me of a LD in which I just lie on my bed while the very same vibrations (only way more intense) I get when I'm on the border of AP shake me. I can almost feel my astral body lift up, but I'm only ever able to detach my legs and/or arms. I seem to mostly get those dreams in the mornings, and it often feels like a false awakening because it is so real. Those kind of dreams seem to be happening more and more often, and I was merely wondering if and how I can use them to my advantage.
By the way, I said that some of them feel like a false awakening/LD, but I have had many that felt so real that I'm still not sure to this day whether I was dreaming or not.

The Vibrational stage is not harmful at all. But if you feel like you are stuck in the Vibrational stage, try wiggling your toes, then move your feet. That usually ends it for me.
