Hi all, I have problems getting to where I want to go to.  I easily get distracted.  I land in some place and I do not end up where I want to go to because I end  up looking around or talking to someone.  Do you have that problem?  What do you do about it?  Perhaps I have to make more of an effort not to get distracted.  Perhaps before I try to ap I should say where I want to go to.  What do you think?  Thanks for your replies.

Thats exactly what you should do! This method creates a narrow stream of thoughts and it will keep you in track.

You can do as Lightbeam suggests.  No harm in that at all.

You could also just allow what's happening to you to happen.  Go with the flow, sort-to-speak.

Both are just fine.  :)

I used to create an intended destination. Now I ask before I go to sleep to SEE what I need to see, to Learn what I need to learn. I ask to be AWOKEN in my Dreams so I may REMEMBER them, so I may LEARN from and ENJOY them. All those capitalized words I see as fading into the darkness before my eyes.
Last night I had what would seem like my first Classic OBE, completely in the RTZ and I even had a Silver Cord, which I mistook to be something latching onto my back. It was the thing that pulled me right back into my body or at least gave me that sensation. This entire event was spontaneous, I just awoke and found that I was completely somewhere else. Normally when I awaken in my Lucid Dreams there is a full blown scenario occurring already. I then attempt to control or experiment with it. Last night was a completely different kind of occurrence.
