Energy Exhaust

i don't know for sure but i don't believe you would be exhausted from trying every day.  you may be a little more tired, maybe, but i doubt it.  i try every day for at least an hour.  i also do some lengthy energy work too.  if you can practice every day then do it.  there are people on here that im sure feel that they are too busy to do even that.  

if you ever feel like you have drained your energy just raise some.  also, raising beforehand should give you enough to use up while attempting the projection.

In my experience, attempting a projection (without success) can interfere with my sleep over the course of days/weeks. I get more tired.

In my experience also, successfully projecting is a blast but drains me in a different way. I buzz around all day on the high, but can't project again for some period of time and it feels like I have exhauisted my etheric energy stores. It feels like a different sort of energy than what gets replenished by sleep.
