  I have said that in the past I have used a number of Binaural Beats to get to phase. They have worked well, but in the last 10 days I have been using a different type of music meditation. It is by a man named DJ Vishnu. There are 10 songs in all all they are free. They are called Isochronic Tones, Anyways, the reason I am telling you is I have been reaching the Astral faster than I ever had before with these MP's. They are 30mins each and can be found for free at http://www.djvishnu.com/. Astral Vibrations, Shamanic Trance and Eternal Ohm are 3 of my favs in this set.
I hope this will help you guys too. They are really relaxing.

The "suspicious" part is that in order to reach these MP3-files on the site linked in the first post, you have to register an e-mail address.  These aren't Binaural Beats, they are called Isochronic Tones, you can listen to them with or without headphones, unlike with Binaural Beats where you need the headphones. What I did is I filled in my e-mail address, then when I started getting other e-mail advertising, I cancelled the subscription to his site.
Thank you Swesent for all the work you do to find that info, I tell alot of others about this man, so he gets credit for his music all the time now. He has one called Shamanic Trance in there, I found this really good for Astral Travel, but it tended to be a little on the dark side. Everytime I projected to this I found myself in a dark alley or with other people around that I sensed didn't have a positive agenda. You just put your email address in, you then get a password and then you are on the download page. I wish he gave more info on where to obtain some more of his work.

No problem. I suspected that there might be some SPAM-like advertising involved with the e-mail register form. So I downloaded all the tracks, packed them up in that rar and threw the whole package up on my site so that others may download the tracks without any risk of spamming.

been looking for guided mediation etc. to help me relax to prep for ap.

 Your welcome, I find that most of his tones put me into the phase themselves without alot of other preparedness. But each of them sends me to a different place in the Astral. Shamanic Trance is definitely an interesting one though. You really have to try it to see what I mean. No matter what you think of it at the start, try listening to the whole thing and you will see what i mean!

I have tried using the isochronic tones to help me ap but the only thing that happens is that I falls asleep. When using the tones do you just listen to the tones or do you combine the tone with a technique e.g. The rope climb technique.

 #1 I never try to Phase in bed. You train yourself all your life that bed is for sleeping. When I listen to a Bin beat/Iso Tone, I sit back and relax. Then just enjoy the music and see where it leads me. Sometimes I will Phase right away, sometimes I just enjoy the music then Phase afterwards. It all depends on your mood at the time. I don't listen for a certain tone or beat, I don't even pay attention to it. Once in awhile I will do progressive relaxation, breathing exercises,  and or visualizations. But mostly it's just laying back and noticing.
I have never had success using the rope or any other "climbing" out technique, I prefer to just Phase out of the Physical.

I have made my own audios for projecting and I want to share them with you.

I made two audios, one of binaural beats and the other of isochronic tones. Both have the same frequencies.

0 to 10 minutes: from 32 to 8 hz.
10 to 20 minutes: from 8 to 4 hz.
20 to 60 minutes: it remains in 4 hz.
60 to 70 minutes: from 4 to 32 hz.

I put the sound OM during the first 30 minutes.
