Graduating from Lucidology 101

When you buy the Lucidology 102 product, there is no indication whether or not you should try the 101 methods first, and for how long.

So the question is, when to graduate to 102? Is a graduation necessary or is it effective to simply focus on the 102 methods, using 101 where applicable?

L101 just consists of about 10 youtube videos. I began to watch one video per day - started this week - and materialized those information in my daily routine. Hmmm... I've started to combine methods from 102 and 101.

101 = Projecting without visualizations, 102 = using visualizations.

For anyone who hasn't read it, the freely available 101 material contains a wealth of information. Its helped me far more than any of the 3 books I've read on the subject.

Last night, I started with a visualization, combined with the timer mp3 beeps from saltcube.com. I find the shifted eyeballs trick quite difficult (its a method to relax your eyes, which helps trick the body into falling asleep.)

So I visualized myself standing at the foot of my bed, looking at myself, and tried to get the viewpoint from there. Also I tried a trick I learned independently, which is to pull my physical body into my "imaginary" body.
