hand positions?

Hi I was wondering about those who have been successful in astral travel...where were your hands during flight? Do you place at your sides or on your chest and stomach? I find if I place on my chest and stomach, I get vibes...but I heard this disrupts the chakras...thouhgt?

When I project I'm not even aware of having hands- I just project my intention/attention to where I'm going.  But next time I do I'll remember to put them on my 'chest' to see what happens.

Yeah, I'm usually not aware of my hands too. There have been times when I flew superman-style, so I guess my hands/arms were (like my body) parallel to the ground. Also, I levitated before and my hands/arms were by my side and they have been spread out as well.
