Heavy limbs during projection.

Hey everyone. My name is Erica. I just started attempting projections about 3 months ago. I became interested in OBEs after I started experiencing "seeing through my eyelids" (for lack of better way to explain), where I'd wake up in the morning and start drifting back to sleep but then I'd feel as though I was looking around the room even though my eyes were shut. When I read up about this and found out it had to do with astral projection, I started attempting concious OBEs and I've had a couple very short ones, and today was my longest.
The first 2 I had, I would begin to drift off and feel vibrations, and hear sounds, then I would sit up, look around my room, get scared (no idea why either, I'm trying to work on controlling that now), and wake back up. Today I was taking a nap when I finally had an OBE in which I made it out of my bedroom. When I sat up (while out of body), my legs and arms felt really tingly and heavy, but I thought to myself well its probably just going to last a little bit I'll try to get up anyways. I got up and started walking down the hall of my house, but it felt almost impossible to walk. Lifting my arms was a serious task, and taking a step was even harder. I finally made it down the hall, and decided I had better go back to my body because I didn't know if that feeling was a bad sign. When I got back to my body, I was thinking "okay wake up now" but I couldn't open my eyes. I couldn't move at all actually and I started getting worried. Finally the dog next door barked and I woke up fully.
Is it bad that my limbs felt so heavy? Is that a common occurence, or does anyone know what causes it? I read a little about sleep paralysis just now and I'm assuming thats what happened when I couldn't open my eyes or move, but I couldn't find anything about the heavy limbs. Any answers/ideas would be great. Thanks!! :-)

Principle

I would label it as 'Sleep Paralysis' for your mind was awake, yet your body was still asleep.

Brain releases chemicals that prevent us from moving when we are asleep, to prevent injury and other occurances.

The heaviness in the limbs in the physical body is sleep paralysis.

But the heaviness of the limbs during projection is due to the weakness of the extremities in the energy body . You can build up your energy centres in the arms and legs just as you build up muscles to be stronger in the physical body .

The size and efficacy of the energy centre increases as you develop .  There are minor chakras in the arms and legs at birth , these become kandas and then stones .

Initially the chakras at each joint will improve.This growth will cause the energy centres between the joints
to expand to form a kanda . When the kandas of the lower arm and lower leg are developed this will not only facilitate the vibes to ease projection but it will also afford the energy body limbs more power and you will lose this zombie like heaviness .

The improvement of the energy body is both natural and sequential , this process can be maximised by ;
*reducing blockages thru energy exercises
*daily meditation
*daily projection
*drinking copious amounts of water
*stretching

The Fetal position will allow the Steles of Seth to become aligned . These are the 4 kandas tht most ease OBE being the forearms and the lower legs .When the legs  become parallel to each other and the forearms become parallel to each other too , this alignment will precipitate vibes . The vibes ease the separation from the physical body . By using these kandas they in turn become stronger too allowing ease of use in projection .
