There is a long thread in the Astral Consciousness forum entitled Gateway Wave I pointers. I would recommend that you read through that thread. There is a wealth of information there on the question you post. Also, you will notice other topics, besides the one that I just mentioned, have been made "sticky" topics. This is because the information has been considered to be of recurring beneficial value. Take a look at those as well, you'll appreciate what great information there is in those threads.

Hello, I am new to the world of astral projection and OBEs and very interested in doing it myself. I am reading the book Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce, but would like to know if anyone has tried the Gateway experience Hemi-Sync tapes by the Monroe Institute? If so would you recommend them to a beginner working to achieve an out of body experience? Are there any other methods or products that may help to have an OBE? Thank You [:)]
