High pitch ringing/buzzing

Hi, a few times in the past and also recently again i have been waking up and I have this high pitched ringing sound in my head and also slight buzzing.  Is this perhaps new waking up from and astral experience?  Other times when I AP I don't get that.  Any ideas would be appreciated.  Thanks ~Astaus

David Wilcock/s, everyone should look him up, he's really interesting, said that when you hear that ringing that is your pineal gland becoming active, your pineal gland is your third eye, your way into the dream world, etc...

And some people say it is when a cell in your ear dies...

Its not like the ringing I get in my ears sometimes.   Its more like from inside my head.

Not sure what it is but I can intensify the ringing any time I want to just by focusing on it. I think it's always there, but maybe that's just the years of playing in rock bands.
