Questions about the akashic records

What are the akashic records?How can i find them while out of body?What kind of things can you find out from them?

do the akashic records look the same to everybody who visits them?  I tried to visit them from a lucid dream, but it was dark.. and i had to say, 'let there be light"so i could see where i was going.  it looked like a library with a really high celing, and there were people walking around in robes.  the floors were marble.  was i in the right place?  I tried to read mine, but when i tried to read the righting on the page, i started waking, so i had to stop trying to read it, if i wanted to stay where i was.  the pages looked blank.  o.O

Google is how I found most of what I read anymore.
That is how I found this place.

This is why I am a firm believer in Net Neutrality.
A tad off topic I know but, if we do not have Net Neutrality then finding things (that WE want to find) on the internet will become near to impossible.

A lot of people have no clue what is going on in this regard.
'They' are trying to take away what we have come to know as the World Wide Web.
If that goes away and becomes 'controlled' then we will not have any objective views left to read anymore.
