Hi everyone

I have been researching astral projection by looking at a few web pages and came to the decision i would like to do it. So I tried but never manage to astral project myself please help me and tell me an easy way to do it.

There has been one strange tingling sensation in my fingers and toes that's about it and have been trying for about 15 mins

Well, I don't want to discourage you, but for some people it will take months even years to learn it. But I've also heard that some people can do it the first time they try. So don't be disappointed if it doesn't work right away.

That tingling sensation is energy movement and is step in the right direction. Now you should at least read Roberts treatise on astral projection if you haven't already:

This Treatise gives valuable information what to expect when you first do it and how to do it.

And if it doesn't work right away then training is what is needed, especially deep, DEEP relaxation without dropping off to sleep is a must skill, which might take some time to learn.
