I'm getting there, any advice?

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forums here.

I've been trying to AP for about a week now and I may have gotten out once, but I didn't realise it and went back to bed - darn...

Anyhow, I can achieve the vibrations every time I try now, so I guess I am getting close.

Can any experienced member give me some advice on what to do and when to do it to successfully get out into the Astral world?

Hi, thanks for the advice. I'll check out the video.
I tried once more last night and got vibrations again, but couldn't quite make it out.
i'll try during day time next time.
