Hi everyone, I'm new to the forums here.
I've been trying to AP for about a week now and I may have gotten out once, but I didn't realise it and went back to bed - darn...
Anyhow, I can achieve the vibrations every time I try now, so I guess I am getting close.
Can any experienced member give me some advice on what to do and when to do it to successfully get out into the Astral world?

This Forum is loaded with great advice. A great place to start is the many Stickys found throughout the Forum. They are the threads in BOLD BLUE letters. Many of them will answer all if not most of your questions.
Another great source is this video here. It's a long video, 1 hour and half, but is a small price to pay for the rewards that you will reap! :-)

I tried once more last night and got vibrations again, but couldn't quite make it out.
