Can you be harmed?

Do you think it is possible for your physical body to be harmed during an OBE?  Say you came across an entity that tried to harm you in the Astral planes would your physical body show some reaction?

I've also heard people say that you can be harmed mentally, how would this happen???

Your physical body cannot be harmed. That's one good thing, is that if something bad is happening to you on the astral plane, you can always escape by just willing yourself back into your body.

don't even have to will it..
if under mental or spiritual threat in the astral you get yanked back into your body so fast you don't yell until u suddently wake up in ur bed and go AH!!
