It's shite like this which sows the seed in someone's mind that bad things are waiting for them just out their body and so it happens. I remember when I first started trying the only thing I had read had scared me because it was saying how to beat the infamous dweller on the threshold. And sure enough my first experiences involved a mysterious scary black entity. Once I read up properly I realised (to quote Frank) that thought = direct action so it was my own fears about what I read that created it.

From then on I never saw the entity again.

Hi Loki,

The video you posted shows absolutely no information on how to induce astral projection. Its about sleep paralysis and the negative feelings that some people get as a result of it.

Horiferous is right.. Thought = action, and therefore if you think youre going to get nasty demons attacking you during sleep paralysis, then that is what you will perceive

Let me add this to further shame the doofus commentating in that video: The reason why SP hallucinations can be so similar could be due to the fact that we have similar brains...OR...are exposed to similar things in waking life...OR...we share a collective unconscious as our minds could be quantum entangled and agree upon certain thought creations...OR...the collective unconscious (Carl Jung) and similarities are observed in cultures around the world. We as humans could share the same/similar archetypes. I really don't see why he assumed that we should all be experiencing different phenomenon...

Finally, let me reiterate that you experience these supposed demons or scary entities if you are prone to believing them or fearing them. In fact, fear of the unknown (especially in unexpected SP) can trigger them. Mind creations. Mind creations. There is nothing dangerous about the Phase.

Everyone should accept Jesus. Some will say that astral projection is done on ones own will but the truth is its demons taking over your soul will you will be damned to hell forever and ever sinners and astral projection are the devil astral projection is satan worship. Sleep paralysis is demons attacking you because of something some man had done in your family from the occult of the masons to jacking off in private and other excrement like that will doom your innocent soul to be tormented by demons while you sleep, they will also temp you to leave your body in astral projection and thus have wild sex with demons in the astral plane and damning your mortal soul to hell forever and ever............BUT WAIT theres a way out its called JEEZASS KKKRIST your lord and $avior accept jeezass and be saved by calling his name while in sleep paralysis you will cast away any future possibility of astral projection ever agian!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you joking? Sleep paralysis is a natural mechanism that occurs everytime the body falls asleep. If you are consciously aware during that time, then it is not surprising that you perceive the muscle atonia that makes you feel incapable of moving. Under this condition, it can be very easy to panick and many irrational fears that lie dormant in your subconscious may give rise to hallucinatory feedback.

Synopsis: Astral Projection is not dangerous in any way. It can provide fruitful and amazing experience. Avoiding it because you are scared sounds like the coward's way out - one who worries about going to hell and fears that he might not be allow in heaven - and one who displays no honour. These people are slaves of their own feelings as they constantly worry where they will end up.

Loki, I cant tell whether youre being serious, trying to troll, or just joking about with your last post. If you truely were religious and believe that Jesus Christ is the saviour, then I doubt you'd print His name as "JEEZASS KKKRIST".

However if you do believe that Jesus Christ will save your soul from the devil then by all means, use that belief system to your own benefit. If you find yourself in sleep paralysis and feeling negative vibes like there is an evil presence. Then shout Jesus Christ! Because then you will be lifted out of it and all will be good again! It works not because of some God like entity who has a great power has saved you. But because you believe in that method to dispell your own demons.

There is no evidence to suggest that Astral Projection is an evil thing and that you leave yourself exposed when you do it. There is no reports of anyone coming to any physical harm as a result of Astral Projection. Summerlander is right. Our bodies paralyse themselves everytime we sleep. We are unaware of it because we are not concious. There is also the belief that we Astral Project or leave our bodies everynight also, but once agian unaware of it. All we are doing is become more aware whilst our bodies are asleep.

Its your soul life that is hard to separate from the body during phasing! Not impossible! but very difficult! and it transfers things to retain in your Spirit man and your physical shell after projection!
but no one speaks on this third level!
3) Your Spirit! Here is where I was trained... to shut down the effects of the soul to feel what your spirit is saying. This is Intuition, that still small voice, that unction that something is wrong dont do it! voice! Conscious falls here too! God forbid we have a CONSCIOUS!
I would get my soul... EMOTIONS, Thoughts, and will/desires so still that i would literally feel my spirit man speaking! I used the soul life as a pond... make it smooth... like glass... then feel the spirit man touch my emotions (soul).

Now this took years of experience and me seeking truth to see this... and find a good writing on the subject! So you ask... What started your journey Rob? Not just Phasing.... NDE!!!!!! Near death experience!
you see my father died and came back... he wrote an experience and i have it to this day... BUT HE WAS DEAD!!!! BODY FUNCTIONS DEAD! 15 mins! then returned! and openly changed his life! He was a drunk, a womanizer, a lost soul.... too... a preacher, a believer and very sure at what he saw!
Now, many will confess here that i have done RELENTLESS research on phasing or as some say OOBE! NOT ONCE HAVE I SEEN or read vitals in the body going dead! My dad was DOA! he had an NDE! different phase! different inner part! SPIRIT!

so why do I say all this today? In phasing the power of will and desire rule! good or bad! (by the way, i read the BIBLE 18 times and firmly believe Jesus operated here a lot! ) when you project... its truth of your desires and will! BUT not your Spirit! Your spirit (inner man resonates at a higher plane) to get insight from there... you need spiritual growth in your spirit man. Then when you phase you will reach these levels! just my input... but the more you learn... the more the darkness fights you to keep you ... ignorant. just some simple input! what really makes sense to me... is the fact at what frequency you resonate at allows you to see more in the PHASE or Astral.... just saying!

So in Layman terms... IF YOUR SPIRIT leaves... ur dead! if your soul gets disconnected somehow (highly unlikely!!!!!!! 2 cases in 200 yrs or so)... in the astral your dead... Spirit needs soul to communicate! not promoting fear!!! I conquered dying a long time ago. As many have said we do it every night! unwillingly! We are now conscious in these travels! Be wise and know everything you do may effect you... is all I am saying. I have certain experiences that may help other explore... but whats the goal... TRUTH? I hope so!

No he wasn't! There was still activity within him (without going into too much detail here) which was enough to revive him. There are many misconceptions when it comes to NDEs. Also, the name is self-explanatory...near death...NOT death! Also, the life changes that these experiences can bring can bear a mundane explanation. The brain suffers a massive trauma. The impact of it is quite likely to change synaptic connectivity and alter the personality of the subject, who, whilst in the near-death state, experiences the endorphin rush and the release of endogenous pinoline-based hallucinogenic compounds. In layman's terms, the trauma might have knocked some sense into him.

There is no evidence of divine intervention here whatsoever and certainly nothing paranormal. You may provide a counter-argument but first I'd like you to answer this: Why can't NDEs be traumatic entrances into the Phase?
