Symbols & Astral Travelling...

Hello guys,

I think this my first post here, I haven't been here too long, but did a quick search on the above topic in here and didn't get anywhere, so thought i would start a new thread.

Anyway, I was watching a seminar video about Billy Meir the other week and the host was saying that Meir told him to think of a certain symbol while he was lying in bed, and that way, the host would be able to get out of his body quicker and be able to signal to Meir that he was out.

I have never heard of this before, visualizing a symbol in ones mental screen and using such a thing to hasten or improve your ability to get out of the body.

Does anyone have any more information on this? If not, then it might be something worth looking into.

PS: I am in no rush to master astral traveling, i am progression slowly and comfortably and don't look for things to shortcut my learning experience.

symbols .. hmm, some books say that, buy I need no sybmols to astal project. . .

In fact I have a book by Gavin and Yyone frost which too talks about symbols. . .

but, I think the 'premonitory sympTOMS' would be a better word for that. . .

for example, before APing, I get the neural noise, though the neural noise is not related to AP,its an indication that the body is going to sleep and time for getting out of body for a while
