Hello everyone.

I'm kidvisions, you can call me "Hitomy" too (Visions in japanese: which is my real name in arabic)
I have read about astral prejection in Paulo Coelho's book Veronika Decides to die, and I was curious about it.
Since I'm still looking for a spiritual path to follow. I do not know much about the issue, but I would like to learn.
I wish you could guide me through the process.
Thanks a lot.

Stookie

Welcome to the Astral Pulse Hitomy!

To be honest, I wouldn't know where to start as that's a lot to cover. To keep it really simple (and not very informative): You lie down, deeply relax, enter trance, exit your body, explore the universe and other parts of your being and consciousness, enter back into body.

A great place to start is Robert Monroe's "Ultimate Journey". And check out our Astral FAQ's and Permanent Astral Topics for tips and techniques.

kidvisions, Welcome! It's always nice to see new people here.

I started experimenting with Astral Projection and energy work about 2 months ago for many of the same reasons you did.

I am on my 4th OBE book and I must say that the more read the more I want to read more. "Ultimate Journey" is a great book as Stookie mentions, it was the first book that I read.

I have recently bought a video on saltcube.com called "How to Lucid Dream". This is a very good video that will walk you through the process and it's only 19 dollars. It's worth it.

Just thought I would share some info with you and good luck!

Best Regards

David
