strange sensation while trying to OBE

For a while now I have been able to progress toward an OBE with small steps.  I haven't had a full OBE yet but I am getting close.  Last night I had a strange experience.

I was lying in bed, with my eyes closed when suddenly I could see the entire room clearly.  I moved my eyes and the vision followed, so it wasn't a memory.  I thought to myself that I must of just popped out and tried the commands to float or tried to move but couldn't.

Then, out of nowhere, I fell something hit me on top of the head, hard.  The best way to describe it is like when a half inflated beach ball hits you.  It kinds of molded itself around the top of my head.  I could still feel it an hour later.  Though it felt like it hit hard, there was no pain.

Any ideas what this was?  was I reentering? was I opening my chakra? Did I stumble onto an AStral soccer match and got in the way?

Any help would be appreciated
