I am now 22 years old, and every now and again while sleeping in bed, or right before I go to sleep, I get this static like stuff in my head and become paralyzed. This has happened many times, but I can only recall two.
In the first one I went to my grandparents house, I had control over what was happening to a point, but I did not have full control, maybe because I thought and believed that it was real.
In the second one, I went to my friends house, but instead of being on the floor talking to them I was on the roof looking down into the kitchen of the house.

My question is: Is the static like dizziness the start of a lucid dream or an oobe? or all together something different?

Thanks for any and all help,

Static sounds like a description of feeling energy to me. Sensations like that from working with energy tend to flow in cycles. While you are experiencing resistance, the sensations can be stronger than normal and when you work through a blockage the sensations will fade. This can lead to the conclusion that since you are not feeling as much, it is not working anymore. Working with energy intentionally with a system like NEW helps to work through resistance faster. There will be times when you are suddenly ready for more energy than you have had before and the resistance symptoms will come back until you adapt again. The frustrating times are when it feels like nothing is happening because all of the action is below the surface.

Thanks Tom.
i also want to say sorry for using the caps in the tag-line I forgot to un-lock them.
So does this mean that I need to have more energy before I am able to have a lucid dream or a oobe?
And what about the dream like visions I was in while in this state?

LooK

oops i hit submit before I was finish writing please forgive me. You might be able to see that I am new on the subject of these things.
The other thing I was wondering is if rather or not the paralyzed state is normal, or not
Thanks again

Tom

It sounds like you had more energy than usual, the static sensations in your head came from that increased energy, and then it resulted in lucid dreams and projection. Systems like NEW make it easier to have more energy more of the time so you can get to the lucid dreams and projections more often. Remote viewing is another possibility for what you experienced, and so is bilocation. The more practice you get, the more reliable the information you get will be and the more control you will have over your perspective.
