Escape from the Greys.

This one from Thursday last week. It has been on my mind so I decided to post it.
I appeared amidst the action.

Almost fully aware I found myself having to get out of the greys mind control with six others of importance. I was looking at the inside of a ultra modern almost futuristic series of high tech rooms. Everything appeared brushed aluminum apart from the floors which were a epoxy white with a dark green border stripe. The doors all automatic, slide within the walls. A mass of dark plastic topped control panels as desks in the first room. These had no display until you moved close. System controls appeared in a myriad of colours, a nice touch I thought.
A group of five greys came running into the room where we were. They wore an orange coloured 'uniform'. I could feel them in my mind. Their attempts to keep us all still and immobile failing, it was like running through deep water. I knew then they wanted the others. The reason wasn't clear but they were hell bent on getting the other guys to give up. I saw a wall ladder leading to a hatch and shouted to them to go up. This snapped them out of compliance and one by one they left the room, I pushed the nearest grey into the others and they fell. A confusion erupted between them and I escaped too.
The hatch behind me slapped shut, the space now had shrunk to a couple of metres square and looked like a long service way for pipes and cables etc. all of which pristine clean beyond anything I've seen before. After a few metres another wall ladder appeared leading up around ten metres. We all decided to go up.
The hatch at the end opened into another room as before with no control desks, there was lights clustered around the walls displaying green and yellow, some forming part of a series. This room had a dark screen on one wall and it caught my attention. I went over and looked closely. Awestruck at what I saw. Many pinpoints of light behind it. I instantly recognised the pattern of them. They were stars.
A sound which I took as an alarm started and I knew I had upset someone (understatement). The others had regained their breath by now and we decided to venture out of this room. A walk to the door and nothing happened. Bemused, a look around the room produced three more hatches. Two were closed and the markings seemed to indicate its best to leave them that way. The last one was easily opened by one of the team. It went in then upwards and they didn't need any suggestion to climb up. As the last one shouted for me to follow the hatch closed and the door to the room opened. Several darker greys appeared. These were larger and had a blue tint to them. I tried to push them and found it much harder. As I fell backwards two stayed with me, the rest looked at the empty room and immediately left.
I tried to imprint fear into them. A total failiure, I should have guessed. Their answer was to slow my movements by causing pain if I tried. I blocked them out of my mind for a second and ran at one. He fell and slid on the floor out of the door which opened courteously. It closed automatically and remained shut. I knew causing harm was totally wrong and against all I believe in, so had a mental battle of wits (again). This ended with some success. I realised they all had an individual task to perform and all were brilliant at it. They have aquired their wants and desired itenary by interference, distraction and confusion within the mind of their opponents.
I managed to return the confusion repeating his mind effects I was recieving. He stopped, appeared deep in thought, so I shoved him in a corner and ran to the hatch. Upon entry the original six guys were easy to find from their noise.
We were never followed into the service ducts and this made me think, I soon reached the others.
It appeared that each grey having their tasks were totally unable to do each others in a differing colour uniform. Each had a specific task and being perfect in this a plan came to mind.
I sneeked a view of the next room through a vent. It was massive and the walls were full of caskets. Each lit up in many colours from within. They shifted one by one until they dissapeared out of sight.
I opened the hatch a little and saw an orange uniformed grey leading a group out of this room leaving only one grey.
I rushed out of the hatch and grabbed him so he couldn't move. One or two of the team helped tie him up with their outer clothing and we hid him in the service duct.
The plan had begun. He would fail his duty and prevent others from doing theirs. A mass confusion would erupt taking precedence over our plight and enable us time to get away from them.
It started to work its magic. We ran into the corridor and entered a room just a few metres away. This led to a large room full of control panels with a square section in the centre which went upwards to other higher floors through a gap.
One of the team recognised this equipment and said they were safe if I could hold the greys off for a few mins.
Surely enough they came.
I started to lose awareness so I reacted by spinning on the floor then running head on into the walls. It worked, the greys looked at each other for a second seemingly confused by my actions. I found this really amusing for some reason.
The team of guys had now dissapeared but  they shouted for me to come. I tried and then one of the greys slapped some device on my shoulder.
It was heavy and it started to drain me of energy.
I shouted to the guys to go alone. I knew any delay and they too would be captured. I was surrounded and another unit slapped on my other shoulder, as my arms fell useless to my thoughts, My time had ended.
I woke myself at this point, didnt welcome the idea of being powerless.

A relatively short experience but action packed. The guys were safe and thats what matters.
Different by far but the futuristic aspect?
Not sure what that means at present apart from the obvious.
Interesting...

Nice experience. Reminded me of the book "Ender's game".

It looks like a lot of fun  :-D

Possibly a real life Retrieval of a different kind.

Congratulations Szaxx, you sacrificed yourself to help others. Lowering your Entropy even further!  :-)

Like we say, life is about others, not self.

You also have an amazing ability to recall your memory to a "t". A healthy dose of Awareness helps that exponentially.

Did you write this all down after the incident or are you just recalling it all from memory now?

I've not heard of that book. Sounds like a good read.

I have a good memory and it helps a little lol.
The recall improves after a day or two. I'd say 80% on waking which can go completely then later, a few thoughts and it comes back very clear. The afternoon on the first day typically gets the recall to 90+%. It works so Im not going to fix it.
It was bugging me all week and I've had no time really, it took 4 days to write.
You have a point though, it's all about others. It could have been yet another test.
It was real enough but the drain on my energy was very strong. No chance of flying or any scenery manipulations at all. Certainly a new set of parameters to deal with.
The stars through what I thought was a process viewing screen really hit me hard. That part was difficult to accept, where was I?
It started like a physics R and D location and thats where I thought I was at first.
It was too clean though ( I've had the pleasure of working at a few labs ). Still can't understand why.
I also had no knowledge of having a physical body either during this adventure, until I knew the team got away safely. By then my chips were being cooked.
The whole experience was as real as being physical too. I was there and the sxxt had already hit the fan.
Awesome, these unexpected ones are for sure.
