So I've tried a couple of times to project and so far I havn't had much luck.
I started to research and read a few stories and figured I try OBE. My method is I use a guided meditation CD to relax myself and then turn it off and go from there. The only significant thing was that the third time I tried my hands were at my sides, and I could of sworn I felt something trying to come out of my skin. Like feeling a baby in a mothers stomach. It was wierd but I dont know.. I can't get to that vibration stage everyones saying you have to get to. And let me tell you, I have no distractions during the phase.

You don't have to have vibrations to project. In a nutshell, as long as you close your eyes, feel a disassociation with your body (numbness of the body, no real sense of touch, usually its coupled with a deep relaxing calm meditative feeling) followed by random images that come and go from meditation, you'll be thrown into a black void. Thats as far as I wen't. Once I got in the void I commanded for astral vision, nothing happend so I woke up. No vibrations whatsoever.
Mr. PumperNickle is right. Although vibrations can be a good indication of when to separate, they don't always occur and it isn't necessary. There is a shift in consciousness that one experiences. When you get there you will know.

I started this in the seventies and can say until one occasion last month Ive never felt them.

I've got the same problem!I lose the sense of body,and I really fell the shift but I can't separate from my body?what could be wrong?
I can't get out of my body for some reason :x
Like, I tried to jump out, roll out, float out, spin out, and slip out. I don't see my body anywhere and I dont have that feeling of being really light. (Well I could tell if I was floating hah :P)
I have a few things.. I would like to do. I wont be specific about it, (not making deals with demons or anything noo haha) but I would just love to fly really..

I too what to make few flight hours hehe.There are so many things I want to see,places to visit,maybe go for a walk to the moon,but most of all I want to see what remains hidden from my physical eyes

I knoooow!! I've been trying so hard lately but I wont give up :wink:
I think i had astral vibration yesterday the vibration was coming from inside my body and it was a different but a joyful feeling . I cant put it in words but then i feel asleep :(
