OBE?

Am I seeing my body because of some sort of restriction, like im too closely bound to my physical body?

I only see my body right before exit.  I see it from a perspective of looking down toward my feet in a lying position with my chin against my chest.  In my very first OBE, When I exited I was moving around in the bedroom and saw what I assumed was myself lying in bed.  It was a lump covered up in the exact manner in which I lay in bed but I did not look close enough to verify for sure that it was me.  I was too danged excited at the time to slow down and notice.  Good Luck with your OBEs.

Right, Hey guys I am very new to Atral Pulse and OBEs, after reading about Kundalini I now know the basics and by a friend was told to come here mainly for more education and guidence.
I am not sure whether I allready have some sort of OBE experience.
Let me explain my sistuation:
Just before I awaken (this happens quite alot) I see my body in a third person prospective, I see myself asleep lying there, I try to move my physical body but I am unable to move or breathe I awaken suddenly gasping for breath, what is most weird is that these 3rd person prosepctive views are exactly where I am lying and at exactly the right time of day, wierd, I just need this answering before I can move on.

Thnkx to anyone who can explain wats going on for me.
