Ok before these encounter...when i always taking a shower i can sometimes hear a soft womans voice over ther water...but when i turn the water off to listen theres nothing...then it always start back up and i think nothing of it...then i always get this feeling someones there while showering i feel like this presence...but when i peak from behind the curtain no ones there.....now heres my exp yesterday evening upon waking up i glanced over near the hall near my bathroom and saw this female spirit i a long biege old school dress...but when i saw her she moved so quickly and went into my bathroom...for a min i thought i was losing it..cause i never saw a ghost before in my life so it creeped me out a little and i was a little excited too...i told my fiancee about it......then later on i got out of bodya and i went into my livingroom an saw this poster where my computer should be it was holographic like a pokemon card lol.....and i saw the lady from ealier in the pic which startled me so i threw something at it, And to my surprise she fell out the pic and i ran into my bedroom saying babe babe shes here shes here help me help me...i thought i was gonna die..so i hid on the side of my bed and the lady came rushing in the room with the quickness of ealier she seemed made and i was petrified i couldn't move i just stared in horror at her....then she started talking but i couldn't understand her cause her voice was muffled...then her eyes glew blue...to which i calmed down cause i realized she couldn't be harmful cause blue represents good and red bad...anyway i calmed down and asked her her name...she was still abit muffled but she said huh i asked again she said again huh and tilted her head trying to hear...then just as i was fading back to consciousness she started talking again but i was gone......i awoke still feeliing her resence in the room.....so now i know theres a lady with blue neon eyes who lives in a poster in my livingroom on another vibratory level i am not alone in my home anymore....i still feel her now

Keep trying to communicate.
You'll be able to put her mind at rest even if another entity comes close. You can easily block her with a simple thought of the other not being able to come near the pair of you. Fear only messes things up and you have far more strength than those in fearful situations.
The experience will do you both good.
You are to show no fear, only think that the one chasing is a bully and needs to be told "no!"
