Almost Got out today

I find it easier and easier now to induce vibrations. Today I laid down around noon, I always try to notice the blackness and when images are starting to appear I guess to start dreaming my consciousness or awareness comes back so I start to notice the blackness again. At this point I started seeing circular fog like clouds and they are all in a smooth movement not just randomly showing up and moving everywhere so I know I'm in some kind of trance. At this point I tried to induce the vibrations, and it happened. I think my mistake was that as soon as I started to feel them I tried to get out so I felt like either just the upper part of my body would get out or just the bottom part. I could not see either. I just felt the shifting of my astral body going where I was thinking so I know I was close. Hopefully next time.

hi, im a beginner and trying to AP for so many days. But couldnt make it. I normally try while going to sleep.
My exp: I will relax my body and my mind and then naturally i wll fall asleep. Can share with me step by step how to do it? Thanks :-)

First thing I will say is that my experiences have never happened before going to sleep at night, I don't know if that's what you mean. I've had two AP experiences and the two of them happened in the middle of the day. One more thing that in my view influenced a lot my experiences was that I read a lot about AP and everything related to it to the point that my mind was always thinking about it. Everytime before I go to sleep or take a nap I think about AP.

So this is what I do everytime I take a nap or go to sleep, again I've had my experiences during the day not at night. I close my eyes and try to notice the blackness. I do this for the next several minutes, for me it takes away random thoughts, I begin to drift into sleep and most times I am able to get focus or awareness back, at night I just fall asleep. Anyways when I get awareness back and I notice the blackness I start seeing these circular fog like images coming out of my peripheral vision all in sync. At this point I know I am in some sort of meditation. I just wait and notice it and then I start feeling this heaviness starting from my feet going up my body and I kind of lose perception of my arms and legs, I know at this point my body is going to sleep but my mind is still awake. I just wait until I start feeling the vibrations faintly until I can feel them very intensely around my body. I think the key to all this is noticing the blackness and focusing on it, I've doing it for a couple of months and I guess I'm just getting good at it. Again it's happened twice already. One from a lucid dream and a couple of days ago from being conscious, I've had a couple of more but they were very weak so I am debating whether they were dreams or not, the last two were definitely AP since the physical sensations were as real as anything during the day.

I will say before the past two experiences I was always able to get to the heaviness part and that was it, the more I practice the more I am able to achieve.
