Projecting While Awake: My New Crazy Ability

Well, I did it again. This time I ended up in someone else's body. I started to look at my hands to see who I was and I was a girl. I was completely aware of my other body while moving this one. It only lasted a few seconds, but it was pretty awesome having dual consciousness. I believe my possession abilities that I learned in the astral world are getting out of hand. After the experience ended I found my self back in my original body and focused on the same place and then I was back on the train. I don't know how I did it that quick. It's really starting to scare me. I started to move forward but it ended again.

What I did to Project:

1. Lied still in my bed and focused again on the location.

Weird symptoms

1. Dual consciousness
2. Loss of time
3. Hearing voices in the morning (Probably the start of a projection)
4. Seeing big fuzzy blobs in my room. (Spirits?)

How do I put this...

You're simply having experiences from varying perspectives.  This particular perspective was from that of a female.
You're not "possessing" anyone.

Does that alleviate some fears?

As for dual consciousness... it goes well beyond "dual". 

This was all a projection, a really good one too!

Thanks for replying Xanth. I love to here other peoples thoughts. And yea it does. Is it another parallel universe? I been having a lot of those lately. But not while I'm awake. Maybe I feel asleep. I honestly don't know. It happened in a second.
