omnipotency

just a question, im trying to do it to learn as much as i can about evreything. the universe, mysteries of earth(even though they dont matter much) i want to grow spritually and soak up knowlage thats my goal.

Well, philosophically speaking, if it were that easy to become omnipotent, there would be a lot of omnipotent beings flying around....

Now since each of them would be omnipotent, and could therefore do anything they wanted, provided it was possible to do it (Aquinas), what happens when two or more of these omnipotent beings will the opposite thing at the same time?

For this reason, many philosophers reason that either there is only one omnipotent being, or that if there are several, that they are all omniscient, since perhaps, as Aristotle argued, if you have perfect knowledge of the truth, you cannot help but perform the best possible actions at all times- these many omnipotent beings would all work in concert.

That's why alternate realities exist. 

Entities with this kind of power have the ability to create galaxies and jump around the universe at their convenience. They can do what they want when they want and are not subject to the laws of physics. I believe that it's possible for them to take dimensions such as the thought plane or astral plane and temporarily integrate them into our dimension. Giving them the ability to instantly materialize objects with their minds, travel instantly through space/time, as well as control matter / energy / space / time in all dimensions.

some people say that what ever you truly believe and want to do while you project is what happens to you. so what if you truly believe that you have a higher calling other then just physical life and would possbly even sacrifice physical life to become omnipotent? would you then be able to do it???

That's why alternate realities exist.   

Maybe, but I am not sure that this solves the problem; omnipotence means being able to do anything at all provided it is possible- not possible merely in your own frame-reality. In order to be truly omnipotent, the abilities of such a being would need to transcend all contraints of separation stemming from their own place in reality. After all, we are taking omnipotence, not just being penultimately powerful in one's own sphere.

Reality is a funny word.

Lets pretend for a moment that I am a non-physical entity, which you must be to be omnipotent. After wandering the universe for several million years and exploring every possible plane and dimension I have learned how to to create pockets of space that are able to change into any dimension I want. When I come to this part of space where earth is (3rd density) dimension, I have the ability to make a large spherical part of space that is 7th density. While in this sphere of 7th density space whatever I think happens. If I want a cake it appears, if I want you gone, you're gone!
