its really cool. ive had it for a while but just thought id share it with you guys. it gives instruction on the subject and it sounds trippy as hell. it uses binaural beats too.

Thanks for the link.  Celia Green was one of the foremost early researchers on both OBE and LD (she distinguished between OBE and LD in her books).  She did a lot of good work on the subject. I'll download the zip file and take a look!
