Hi there!
Thats great Manix! Glad you got something out of my little experiment. Thats cool that youre going to set another deadline in two weeks, Ill probably do the same, but maybe for 3 weeks.
G3MM4: sorry you didnt have any sucess. Ive tried what Cezyl said about the vibes, but I got excited and ruined it (son of a b@$*!).
I found a new article on OBE on PsiPog, I used that technique and had very nice results. My leg was bugging me so that killed the vibes again. I have trouble using the relaxation techniques that say to flex a certain part of my body then relax because I find it actually makes me more uncomfortable. [:P] Go figure. Anywho, heres the link to the new article that will (hopefully) help you and I, and everyone for that matter!

Okay, so heres my little thought.
(NOTE: This is based on myself, and my thoughts on the way other people practice OBEs)
I, and I bet a bunch of other people, practice maybe once a day or something. We hope to achieve an OBE whenever we try, but this could be a little problem. I feel as though you must really want/have to be willing to project at that time. (I dont know if that made sense [:P])
So I was thinking, what if we set up a specific date that we feel that we MUST have an OBE by. Like say, I HAVE TO have an OBE by the end of the month. Maybe threaten yourself a little [;)]. I think by doing this, we will be inclined to have to try as often as possible, and the anticaption to project will be greater.
So, to the point, I was wondering who would be will to try to do this? Mostly those who havent projected yet.
Some helpful things to do: say affirmations: "I WILL have an OBE by (fill in the blank)", get a calander and look at it often to remind yourself, etc.
I will probably start doing this maybe next week, after I try  MajorTom's Insomnia Method.
