Sleep paralys

for me , fully body paralysis is my key to projection. I wait for it when I'm trancing .. usually I notice that I am blacked out and I realize that a part of me is floating... when I notice this .. I realize that I have full body paralysis along with it so I simply get up and it feels like I physically do it but when I go to get up , I think about getting up and do it sorta with my MIND and with physical action.

Is it possible to project when you wake up in this state?
I heard that you ARE out of your body if u wake up like this =/ ..
