Spiritual Evolution

Hi All,

I have had about half a dozen very short real time OBE which isn't brilliant because i've been at it sporadically for a while now and find the concept of it all very interesting (just like a hobby).

However, knowing that we are more than our physical body, hasn't changed my views on the world as such. I think Robert talked about spiritual evolution and wondered what he meant and whether having OBE has changed peoples perception on life. I know this sounds a bit deep, especially for a Sunday, but just curious.
