I have lately taken a leave of absense from trying to project simply because of time issues and life distractions.
But I have atleast tried to continue with body energy raising/awareness techiniques b/c you can do them while working or for 5-10 minutes before bed time. I have also tried to keep a dream journal, not very well though, but on occasion I write down my dreams.
Anyways, for the past few days I have been feeling strange. At first I thought it was because I took to much Alieve for my back pain. But It is still happening. Let me discribe it.
I have felt like I am smaller than everything and that everything, spacial wise, has expanded. My little 12X9 office seemed to get much bigger and I felt small in comparison. I dismissed this feeling quickly and didnt think about it.
Then today it started happening again. (I hadnt taken any medicine yet) But this time I played with this feeling of being small and reversed it to where I felt like a giant. I had fun for a while until work distracted me and brought me back to reality.
I will say everything that I felt was in my physical. I saw through my physical eyes and interacted with co-workers. I was wondering if anyone knew why this happened or has had it happen to them
It could be that your body is acclimating to your energy work, and you're starting to notice subtle energy sensations and natural consciousness expansion. If this is the case, after a while it will become less noticeable and normal. If I stop energy work for a while, when I start it back up I go though a period of strange sensations, sometimes uncomfortable, for a few days or so. But I feel fairly well-balanced after that initial "boost".
That makes sense. I can control these sensations perfectly when they arise. Its very cool and would rather them not go away :-(.
I would actually like to bring them about at will instead of waiting until they come about.
When I first started having projections I had similar sensations. I felt as if my thoughts had an echo quality to them and I also felt the "awareness expansion" you describe. I went to the International Academy of Consciousness office here where I live and one of the teachers told me it was a reaction to the energetic stimulation. He said I may have been going too fast with my energy exercises and it could be a reaction to my energy body being activated too quickly.
The problem was that these sensations were very foreign to me and I would get panic attacks because of them. I stopped all energy work and AP related things for a while and the sensations went away. Consider yourself lucky to be enjoying them. Take advantage of the sensations and see where they can lead you.
