Hello,

I really need help with the stage just after exiting. One time that I exited, I was walking away from my body (like walking with limbs and all) which was extremely difficult because it felt as though I were walking against a strong current ( like walking against the flow af rapids). I guess this used too much energy and I was pulled back into my body after 10 seconds.  All the other times after that for exiting, I will either roll out of my body or float out and then get pulled right back in. I guess I have to find an alternate way of moving around that is more energy efficient. How far do I have to get away from my body in order to not get pulled back in ( or have to fight against a current )? Another time I had left, it felt as though the last part of me to seperate was like a bubble being blown from the bubble holder. Just as  I seperated it was as though I formed an orb ( like visually and physically feeling the disproportioned pieces of me were getting pulled together to form round bubble). Now, I was in another position, having multiple angles to look at and when I moved it was like a freakin labyrinth. When I moved this time it were as though I was a rolling ball! Why the difference in view this time? Why the orb?

Regarding the current you feel when you roll out, this is something that still happens to the best of us.  From what I can tell, this happens to me when I am really tired and find myself projecting.

That's because when you're really tired, your mind isn't as focused as an alert mind.  An alert mind is able to relax the body, not rush anything, be cognizant of its surroundings and adjust.  A tired mind is sluggish, slow to respond, etc.

When you find yourself in that situation, if you can remember, take a few deep astral breaths and let your body relax.  Usually when I do this, the strong current sensation that you feel subsides greatly, and I don't have to fight it anymore.

Hope that helps.
Keep smiling,
