when people say they are getting "vibrations" do they mean the tingly feeling that i am experiencing? ive been practicing pretty much every night for a week and a half now while listening to some of the audio's to help such as boxed nirvana and this other one that is suppose to help induce obe's... anyway, i get all the vibrations all through out my body and it usually starts from my feet/legs and moves up, well i got that heart beating faster sensation and the vibes faster the other night, but nothing happens after that, what am i suppose to do once my body is acting like that?

also one other question, since nothing happend after the vibes, i just kinda gave up and then my legs mostly my feet, started twitching as if all the "energy" was leaving sort of thing, i have no clue if that is why but it happend and lasted like 5 mins.

Well thats all for now thanks for whoever can help me

No.

You will know when you experience vibrations.  They will literally rock your world.  Your body will feel like it's on a fast spin in a washing machine or plugged into an electrical socket.

We all find nonsenses to believe in; it's part of being alive.

The one time I experienced what I can only describe as "the vibrations" I ended up manifesting it physically. The result was my body going into something like a seizure and waking up with a slight headache. This bothers me for obvious reasons.

Not too laugh at misfortune or anything, just the way you worded it

your body will experience all kinds of sensations...
but true vibrations are simply amazing (unmistakeable)
'
I've never experienced them while concsciously attempting too..(usually through lucid dreams induced OBES)

Vibrations -at least myself- feel like if you were inside a twister. It has nothing to do with a tingling BUT if you are feeling the tingling, it's a good start. Also, sometimes vibrations come with sounds like "Bangs, Pums!, etc".... So if you feel the vibrations, for sure you won't miss them :)

I know the tingly feeling you are talking about. I got that when I tried it was crawling up my leg, also I heard a buzzing like sound and the more the tingly feeling got stronger the buzzing went faster it was weird. The real vibrations are much stronger it feels like electricity is flowing through you. I only got the real vibrations when I was really tired though.

A tingly feeling I've always associated with energy movement - the 'vibrations' are unmistakable. It feels like a thousand volts is running through every cell in my body - my ears fill with a roaring sound too. Sometimes other sensations accompany them - such as feeling as if gravity has flipped and so I have a reversed vertigo, or as if my mind has been smeared diagonally across an incomprehensible distance.
There are precursors to vibrations for me, if I enter them from a sleepy state – I feel a heaviness cover me – it's like a strong sinking feeling pulling my mind down – not totally comfortable. If I don't fight it I will end up in a 'thick' sleep paralysis with vibrations.
If I'm awake and attempting to induce vibrations, immediately before they appear it's like my mind focuses to a point – a feeling of energy/excitation continually building is felt throughout my body and the darkness beyond my eyes changes – it seems 3d. The best way for me to describe it is like an eye looking at a large area, not really seeing any detail, then suddenly it focuses on one area of vision – making it clear and lucid to the exclusion of all else. If this state is maintained then the vibrations kick in (they seem to have a different quality to the ones felt through sleep paralysis/near sleep).

I do get the little tingling feeling while I'm meditating (alpha state) in my harms, my hands, my chest and my legs, it is just the begining of the real vibrations, the little tingling is only the movement of energy. I have one time felt the real vibrations. I was in a lucid dream and suddenly my body began to shake very hard. It was so violent, I think my bed was knocking against the wall. I realized that the vibrations ARE the tingling sensations BUT in a very more big and violent way. Just concentrate on the tingling sensation and try to make them bigger and thery will grow until they reach the real vibrations
