last night i was tired so i didn't tryed to obe just went to normal sleep.
my mother woke me up at 11AM and i went to breakfast. i still felt tired so i went to bed again.
i had a dream, it is kind of lucid dream but i only was able to think normally during it i wasn't able to control myself in it. i don't know if you understand that but i don't know how to explain it, because my English is bad. And then I felt something hit me in side of my belly. I thought it is maybe sister because she hits me with pillow sometime when she want to wake me up. But the it hit me again and again and again a lot of times over my whole body. It felt like my body is shaking. I tryed to open my eyes but i was unable to do that. I would open them for a moment then the close. But in that moment when my eyes were partially open i saw my sister siting across room on other bed. I wanted to signal her to wake me up and i lifted my arm, but my arm was kind of heavy so it lifted slowly i had to put a lot of effort to lift it. At that time i wasn't still fully awake and was unable to open my eyes. But at that moment that my eyes were open i saw that i really lifted my arm to signal my sister. Then i thought that i am maybe in obe and i closed my eyes and thought i want to get back in my body. And after few seconds of having my eyes closed i opened them completely and was able to move normally. I asked my sister did i lift my arm and she said that i didn't. I trust her because she is older than me so she must be right. But i saw that i lifted my arm and i felt that something is hitting and shaking me. Does anyone know what that was. Was it my first obe? I don't think so because i wasn't trying to obe. :S What was that

Might have been your guide trying to help you have an obe. Using a sensation you're comfortable with like a pillow hitting you sounds like a guide type thing to do.

maybe but did I lifted my astral arm or what. I saw i lifted it and i used muscle to lift it. But my sister says i didnt

It seems that you were face to face with a symptom of sleep paralysis. Than you eventually DID project, but still paralyzed. The physical body has a lot of involvement still until you fully project
