Hello everyone! :-)
I'm very interested in the idea of Tulpa's, but I have a couple of questions.
First of all, if I create a tulpa will it be waiting for me on the other side when I die?
To make more sense of my question, I mean in the way that Frank Kepple says in Focus 3 you can construct whatever you like and it will remain there. Such as a nice garden, beach, house aka "your safe place."
So in a sense my tulpa will very well be there and be real?
I'd like to believe that Tulpa's are as real as you and me or can become so eventually, like robots who eventually take over the world, although that's too far LOL.
Also, I'd like to add that (and I'm not ashamed to admit) I absolutely adored having imaginary friends when I was a little girl and I've never completely given them up. Is it possible I've already created tulpas, by putting so much of my time and thought into them or is there much more to it than that? & how do I know the difference between an imaginary friend and a tulpa? Is it a "if you have to ask this, then it's not a tulpa" kind of thing?
Thanks! :-)
Hello dearie!
I am really pumped that someone has asked a tulpa question!
There are lots of interpretations on "tulpas" and their "true nature" i.e: the difference between a tulpa and an imaginary friend.
There are many different "views" and opinions on that concept.
in my opinion, tulpas and imaginary friends are BOTH sentient beings of YOUR conscious creation, so the difference isn't something to fret about. To me, they are one in the same, and there is nothing wrong with that.
Also, you will find different opinions on the nature of the astral realm/after life.
So, in response using MY OWN experience and research (personal astral projections, books by Swedenborg, opinions of others i have conversed with, their experiences, and youtube/google information),
I conclude the astral realm/after life (that are the same realm) is THOUGHT-Intuitive.AKA: it responds to your thoughts and feelings in a physical like way. If you think of a flower, POOF a flower. So I agree with you saying "if you imagine a garden it will appear" that it can also apply to tulpas/imaginary friends, or anything else you can think up of for that matter.
As far as tulpas being as "real" as us, they are; kind of. It can say and do WHATEVER YOU tell it to do, usually, they don't have their own agendas or personalities unless YOU create them that way, so in that sense, they CANNOT develop their OWN personality, unless you create them too. That is the only difference really between tulpas and other life-forms. We are capable of our own will, personality, emotions, decisions, morality, etc etc but tulpas do not, unless YOU* have made them that way, which, even if you do that, it still isn't the same as our own free-will, since you would have created them in the way you create them, where we can chose how we wish to be.
:)
I hope that response resonates with you, if you would like to further talk about tulpas with me, shoot me a reply or private message! I would love to talk more with you about this if you like! I have "played" with tulpas since I was a young boy and still do.
Much love,
always,
Drake. ♥
I can ask Frank about it if you like. Tulpas are a type of thoughtform and you generate and destroy them constantly. It takes experience and skill to generate a stable tulpa. a finished tulpa appears as physical as another human being it is fully audible and visible to the person who generates it. My understanding is illusionary thoughtforms are eventually discarded but Frank perhaps can shed more light on this if you want that
Thanks so much for your replies! :)
Drakoreo I'll definitely send you a private message, if I can just find out how... haha
and Bluefirephoenix, I didn't know anybody knew if Frank was even still alive! This is great news! I'm fine with just your answer, your views are definitely more realistic than mine... but actually I'd love to hear what Frank has to say about it too, thanks! :-)
If he replies with anything personal. I'll pm you otherwise I'll post.
So the question is do our well formed thought forms such as tulpas, egregori follow us to the afterlife.
do you want the sound files? if you go through the Frank on the ghostbox fole and the post labeled obstacles youll see what they are.
