I'm gonna face my fear!

Recently I've been trying to overcome the fear of astral traveling and OBEs. I have them happen to me spontaneously. Two nights Ago I found my self at my college outside of the main hall. I immediately new what was going on, but this was a new experience cause I've never been outside of my house before while AP. I looked around a bit and heard a scary noise. I immediately panicked, and said bonk this. Then I just flew away. The voice kept following me so I just said I had enough, and thought to my self back in body and that was the end of it.

I know that your just suppose to face your fears so I am going to do it tonight. Wish me luck

I have a fear that returned, its around flying and falling down, this kind of sucks as I get kicked out of astral as soon I experience it. So you won't be alone facing your fears tonight! (lets go and jump off a skyscraper together!)
