Today is the day. My CD is due. It should be at the post office.

I am anxious, anticipating.

I was going to run out there and get it this morning, and do a midday practice, but I'll wait and practice with it tonight. If I separate the first time with it, that will be a 'major blow' as far as creating for myself a new overview. Imagine if I can project with it every time? And imagine if it is like the Hemi-sync CDs, whereby your brain learns the patterns, and it becomes natural. I can be getting out any time, any place.
