Was this an oobe.

I'm wondering if this experience i had last night may have been an oobe. You see i have always been an active Lucid dreamer. So last night i was extremely tired and went to be at around 8:30. I decided that i was goind to try a wild which i have not done in awhile. I laid there and i got to to mind awake body asleep stake and i felt paralyzed and saw some strange patterns. Then i thought of this thing where i saw that if i reached this stage it could be possible to astral project so i started saying in my mind i will astral travel. I felt as though suddenly i could lift my arms out of my flesh which i did. I got out of my body and looked at myself. The cord that i always heard was attached to my body was there alright. I flew out of the door to my house and the rest is a blank. Could this possibly been a obe?

Then i thought of this thing where i saw that if i reached this stage it could be possible to astral project

Huh?

Well... for most people waking reality is real, then dreams are less real. Lucid dreams fit between those two. So the scale looks something like:

Waking Reality
Lucid Dreaming
Dreaming

OBEs are always above Lucid Dreaming. Normally they're equal to Waking Reality on the Reality Scale above. That's the easiest way to find out what it was that I can think of.
