Hearing Load Screams in The Astral World

Last night I had a pretty creepy experience. I was at some place and someone was telling me about how the body can have certain markings to see if one can astral travel.

Some locations where the corner of the eyebrows and on the right or left sides of your feet. After that I felt the tugging sensation and went back into my body and upon re-entering I heard a really load scream. I tried to resist the tugging and see what it was but everything was black. After that I woke up and went back to bad and found myself in my living room with a man sitting on my red chair. He was pretty heavy and was wearing a red shirt. I kind of got shocked and the experience ended because of fear.
