The brain and mind. The brain is an organ which controls the body and recieves and stores data. The mind is kind of similar and is non physical. A part of the soul.

The body has the brain.

Really, in all seriousness, The mind is what allows you to AP in the first place and the brain is our physical interpretation of the mind.  This physical plane is an illusion... everything we see is an illusion, even AP Island... so you would be out to destroy an illusion.  

This might be a bit out there for you but I'm going to take the stance that you are here to learn and grow like everyone else so if it's a bit over your head for now, hopefully eventually it will sink in and you will understand it.

What we mean by confusing the brain with the mind is that if you look at things as merely physical (like what you learn in school) then you will live in the illusion of separation.  If you accept that there are things you can not see or understand, that is the other half of the equation.  That is what Astral Pulse is all about... Understanding or exploring the unseen parts of our mind.  We are all One and if you would attack another, that means in spirit, you would attack yourself... This means that you feel you can be weakened because you perceive separation.  There is no way ... it's impossible for you to be separate from your mind.  It is possible for you to die a physical death which is an illusion that we have created in order to learn that there is no death.  

You speak of religion... Jesus died and was resurrected to show that there is no such thing as death.  It is all an illusion...


Anyway, I'm rambling and perhaps a bit off topic but I just would like to stress that you needn't worry about your brain when you die.  The part of you that thinks and feels will go with you and the crude matter that you are made of is insignificant and in reality, (spirit being the only reality) doesn't even exist.

Thats just it the astral realm is not the illusion but the physical world is. The phyisical world is the duplicate of the Real world ( spirit world) say if you clone someone you would need the original person to clone the dupe. The spirit world was first so we are really living in real life Vr world.

Anything that makes you believe in separation from anyone or anything else is an illusion.  If you believe that causing harm to others on any plane is not also causing harm to yourself, you are living an illusion.  Just because it is non physical does not preclude it from being an illusion.

The reason it is an illusion is because you feel threatened by others who oppose your opinion.  You therefore perceive your own weakness, otherwise you would feel no need to attack.  This is your insecurities speaking to you.  Look at them as opportunities for growth... What are we saying to you that inside feels like your weakness is exposed?  This is the illusion you are dealing with in this thread... This is your answer... ansewer this for yourself and you will be closer to understanding yourself and accessing your true inner power.

Yes because we have all chosen to experience the illusion of separation.  We learn best through contrast.  Have you ever noticed that if you hurt someone else, you feel shameful yourself?  That is because you are experiencing that persons pain through your actions... you may experience it as anger or another fear based emotion but it is all the same thing.  You are me and I am you and there is no difference.  Go check out the Agnosticism and Atheism topic under world religions and Greatoutdoors posted a really interesting experience she had that really describes this well...

You can do whatever you want... Heaven is here, not some thing that's removed from you.  You can experience it right now.  Try practicing Mindfulness... I started a thread a while back and it got around to discussing this.  You can create Heaven or Bliss in your everyday waking hours.  I think the thread is Enlightenment and Attachment.  

Besides, when you die a physical death, you might just make plans to reincarnate again... We come here because we are brave souls who want to take the fast track to spiritual development (that means to experience all the sh*t that life throws us.  We incarnate because this is the fastest way to develop spiritually... Through experiencing the contrast of separation and all that it entails.  So while you're here... do what you want... You are only experiencing other aspects of yourself.  You can make no wrong decisions.

I dont beleve in reincarnation. Nothing can be cruel enough to make us walk the plains of earth the second time around or who knows maybe the human is the last of reincarnation. you can not create heaven or bliss or even hell on earth. Its just not possible, even if we can tap into a oobe we still wont reach true heaven. Heaven is when you dont have no problems even in physical form even when you do bliss or do your mind thing you will have to tap out eventually and continue in reality. Heaven is where you never tap out of true happiness.

you're wrong... You have just never experienced it but that does not make it impossible.  I have experienced it as have many others here.  Just because you have not does not mean it is not possible.  

Additionally, you chose to come here, like it or not.  You chose the experiences you would experience so if you don't like it, it's your own doing.  You chose to learn certain lessons and to do certain things while here.  I have found that in particular the crappiest situations at the time when they were happening have turned out to be the best things for me... The scariest times in my life have been a blessing in disguise, and when the Universe forces me into a situation, the result is that it always provides greater happiness in my life.
